FaithBeads by Erin Heller

I love to support small family businesses. And I love heirloom-quality, vintage-inspired rosaries. Put ’em together and you get FaithBeads–beautiful rosaries and jewelry made by a Catholic mama in her at-home business.

The artist behind FaithBeads is Erin Heller, Catholic homeschooling mama of three. Erin converted from agnosticism 10 years ago before marrying her husband, a cradle Catholic. They both experienced a renewal of commitment to their faith after visiting The Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help in Champion, WI 3.5 years ago.

Erin was drawn to the beauty of rosaries even before she began praying the Rosary. She loves to use vintage pieces and reproductions of antique medals and the result is stunning.

FaithBeads Rosary

She strings all her pieces together by hand (sometimes her husband helps, too!) after getting her kids to bed.

FaithBeads by Erin Heller

I’ve been wearing this exquisite rosary bracelet with a miraculous medal, crucifix, and toggle clasp. Erin wasn’t kidding when she described it on the Etsy site as “durable.” Don’t be fooled by it’s delicate look, it has survived THE TODDLER TEST (AKA life in the Stewart home for several days). It’s flexible, but super sturdy.

FaithBeads by Erin HellerAnd I just learned about sacrifice beads this Lent! I love these wooden ones with a St. Therese medal.

And now that I have you drooling over Erin’s lovely work, here comes the exciting part:

FaithBeads is giving away one piece to a lucky Carrots reader: the Three Hail Marys Devotion Chaplet in Bronze and Pink Glass

FaithBeads Chaplet

It has gorgeous light-rose premium Czech glass turbine beads and features a beautifully detailed Marian medal with a cut-out floral border, as well as a floral-design crucifix.

Those sacrifice beads! I heard about them a little while ago, and really like the idea of something tangible to help you with piety, sacramentals, veils, and the like. 😉

Love these beautiful rosaries. I’m an anglican, exploring Catholicism, and I would love to win one of these for a Catholic friend who has her 40th birthday this month, and was my introduction to the Catholic faith.

My favourite piece is this pro-life bracelet, love the charms and simple white beads.https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/83873422/prolife-rosary-bracelet-in-mother-of?ref=shop_home_active_14

But I am in LOVE with the Catholic Rosary – Virgin Mary – Blessed Mother – Antique Bronze and Gemstone in her Etsy shop. And the one you have pictured in this post. SO BEAUTIFUL!

Such beautiful rosaries! I really love the Immaculate Heart one and the pearl pocket rosary.

I never heard of sacrifice beads before today. I think that’s something I’m going to start using myself and share with a friend who is going through some health issues.
