Greetings from the North Carolina mountains! We’ve been having a blast with our extended family and enjoying the great outdoors. It’s been a week of being mostly unplugged so instead of my favorite weekly links, I’m just going to share a few pictures of our adventures:

Just the girls.

Note the matching father/daughter facial expression.

Serious Lucy showing me her flower.

Benjamin enjoying some one-on-one time with his Grandaddy.

Lucy’s turn with Grandaddy.

Benjamin and my big brother, Garrett, feeling smug after crossing the terrifying swinging bridge.

Can’t believe I wasn’t even pregnant with this little pumpkin when we visited NC last summer. Was there life before Gwen? I can’t imagine it.

See you next week when I return to a world with an internet connection!

Lots of love,

Haley

I’ve been there every summer since forever and it still TERRIFIES me 🙂 I’m not sure if Mildred is still around but they’ve got a few bears. You can’t feed them peanuts anymore, though 🙁

Every single summer when Florida is miserably hot we talk about moving, haha.

Kayleen, is your Josie a Josephine? Just curious, because I’m a little obsessed with that name 🙂
