Poor Benjamin

Well, Benjamin has Hands, Foot, and Mouth. As I said in my last update, sweet Benjamin has been quarantined away from me at Marmee's because even though he didn't have symptoms, he would have been contagious if he'd picked it up from the kids we played with this weekend. 39 Week Update

Thanks everyone for your prayers! We feel so covered in prayer and filled with peace. So far I'm feeling fine so I don't think that I caught Hands, Foot, and Mouth (hopefully, I was exposed to it as a child and am now immune.) Prayer Request

We found out this afternoon that this weekend we were all exposed to Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease. Although it's usually a mild illness, if a pregnant woman close to delivery catches the virus, it can be transferred to the newborn and in certain cases can be very serious, even fatal for the infant. Waiting: Pregnancy Update Week 38

Now there's nothing unreasonable about still being pregnant at 38.3 weeks EXCEPT that I've had almost every pre-labor symptom known to man (except my water breaking) in the past week.
